SIXT Youth Advisory Board

Have you ever wanted to join the Advisory Board of a global company? We have decided to partner with top organizations to create an advisory body of ambitious young leaders that will work to directly advise the executives of these companies. A year-long future-ready program made for ambitious future leaders in motorization, automotive and leadership.

The six key pillars of the SIXT board:

• Sales. Analysis of the SIXT sales process, offering, products and customer service.
• Marketing. Insight of the marketing strategy, especially utilizing new technologies and AI. Branding.
• HR and recruitment. Review of the recruitment processes and onboarding, development of training programs.
• IT. Analysis of SIXT UX and UI of the website, utilization of new technologies such as chatbots and personalization, helpdesk.
• After sales. Review of the after sales process including customer servicing, damage service, customer experience.
• ESG. Strategic analysis of ESG metrics relevant to sustainability, environment, diversity and social responsibility.

Program details:

• Date: September 2025 - June 2026
• Location: Warsaw, Poland
• Participants: 6 members, both women and men welcome
• Focus: the six SIXT key pillars
• Language: Polish, so participants must be proficient
• Time commitment: 2-5h per month, across 4-6 strategic meetings and workshops

Requirements:

• Age: 19-25
• Residency: Poland
• Gender: both women and men
• Language: Polish fluency required, English proficiency a plus
• Availability: 4-6 strategic meetings and workshops over the year

We are looking for candidates who are:

• actively engaged in their communities or academic and professional environments
• insightful about Gen Z lifestyles, values, and digital habits
• curious and proactive, with a passion for one or more of the SIXT pillars
• interested in sustainability, customer experience, AI, digital transformation, and inclusion
• eager to develop their strategic thinking and leadership skills

• Finalists announced: 10 August 2025
• Selection of the 6 board members: 25 August 2025
• Kick-off event and orientation session: 10 September 2025
