Featured panels

An insight into the GFR Summit panel topics

  • 01

    Girls Education Ready

Past the myth of being in the right place at the right time: how young women from any background deliberately navigate global networks and get into international rooms.

  • 02

    Girls Finance Ready

How do you shift from protecting money in a savings account to growing it? Our speakers argue about how young women take ownership of their own economy.

  • 03

    Girls STEM Ready

What if the most interesting STEM careers of the decade have nothing to do with a lab coat, and everything to do with the problems you already care about?

  • 04

    Girls Branding Ready

How do you turn what you can do into an identity people want to work with - as a person, and as a business?

  • 05

    Girls Negotiation Ready

What if every conversation you are already having - deadlines, roles, projects - is a negotiation you did not know you were in?

  • 06

    Girls Leadership Ready

Can you change the world while you are still learning it? Driving social impact before anyone has given you the title.

  • 07

    Girls AI Ready

If AI already does everything a junior was hired to do, are you about to be left behind - or the first generation to skip the queue entirely?

Pre-events

Practical workshops before the Summit

All week before the GFR Summit our partners host pre-event workshops open to Summit participants, in their offices around Warsaw. These hands-on sessions are included in your GFR Summit ticket, and registration opens a few weeks before the event - by email, to the address you booked your ticket with.

The EC1 complex in Łódź, a rebuilt early twentieth-century power station

The venue

EC1, Łódź

A power station built in 1907, the first in the city, rebuilt as EC1: City of Culture. It is now Poland’s premier museum and cultural venue - a hub for science, art and film at the centre of the new Łódź, and five minutes on foot from Łódź Fabryczna station.

Tickets and timings, how to get to EC1, what to wear and what the day includes. Anything we have not covered, write to us.

Who can attend?

The Summit itself - the panels, the partner booths, the programme - is open to young women aged 14 to 26 from anywhere in the world. The GFR Gala and Future Ready Awards that follow welcome every Summit participant, along with mentors, role models and friends of the foundation.

How do I get there?

From within Poland, take a train to Łódź Fabryczna - EC1 is a five-minute walk from the station. From abroad, fly into Warsaw Chopin and take the train from there.

How do I register?

Use the ticket link at the top of this page. It takes you to our event on Luma, where a few questions are all it takes. Tickets are released in drops announced on @girlsfutureready - so “registration closed” often means the next drop has not opened yet.

What is included?

Every main-stage session, the panel discussions, the networking zones and the partner showcases - and the evening Gala and Future Ready Awards ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Business casual, in black and pink.

What language is it in?

Mainly English, so that everyone in the GFR community can take part.

Can I volunteer?
