Frequently Asked Questions
The Summit the merit part of the program with educational panels, partner booths, etc. is open to all young women aged 14–25 years old from Central Eastern Europe who are passionate about leadership, innovation, and social change.
The Gala of the Foundation is after the summit in the POLIN Museum and is open to all our Girls Future Ready mentors, partners and friends of the Foundation. This means you can invite your mentor, mom or boyfriend to join!
When you register, you can select if you will join us for the summit, gala or both! Each individual needs a ticket to attend.
The GFR Summit will be hosted on September 5th, 2025 with registration starting at 11:30am CET and summit starting at 12:30pm CET in the POLIN Museum of Polish Jews in Warsaw, Poland.
The GFR Summit is open only to young women aged 16-26 who are passionate about leadership, innovation, and social change. Please note that participation in the Summit itself is limited to women in this age group.
After the Summit, everyone is welcome to join the Gala of the Girls Future Ready Foundation. This includes mentors, moms, boyfriends, partners, and other guests - all are invited to celebrate with us!
When registering through Luma, you can choose whether you want to attend the Summit, the Gala, or both (if eligible). If you are a woman aged 16–26, you can select the Summit and Gala. If you are attending as a guest (e.g., boyfriend, mom, mentor), you can select the Gala. Each attendee needs their own ticket.

Whether you are attending the Summit or the Gala, you need to have an entry ticket which grants you access to both or either event.
