Daria Zygmunt-Grochal leads Legal & Compliance team at Roche Polska and ensures that all our activities comply with regulations and industry-specific requirements, but foremost strives to uphold highest standards of integrity and accountability . She is developing a comprehensive compliance management strategy and overseeing its implementation. She manages a team of lawyers and experts, who provide guidance and support to the company's management and employees to safeguard the reputation and success of Roche in Poland. Attorney-at-law, graduate of University College London with LLM in European Law. Daria gained her experience in European health policy while supporting Brussels based industry organization representing national European medical associations, Polish competition authority and one of the biggest Polish law firms. Daria joined Roche in 2017 as an in-house lawyer and has since successfully supported Pharma and Informatics divisions in Poland in the role of Compliance Officer and in-house lawyer. She is enthusiastic about leveraging AI and big data analytics to develop innovative solutions that will facilitate broader access to healthcare. Privately Daria loves reading historical fiction, skiing and traveling the world with her friends.
