About Zofia
Zosia Brzezinska is a 18-year-old wellness leader and founder of Namaste With Sophie, an online yoga school. Starting her career in wellness from a young age, Zosia now brings her passion for mindfulness and well-being to a wide audience. While studying at Yale University to expand her expertise in wellness coaching, she uses her background in yoga to help others find inner strength and balance.
