POLIN Museum Youth Advisory Board

As a member of the Youth Advisory Board, you will work with the POLIN Museum team to reflect on and assess the museum’s TikTok presence - looking at what works, what feels engaging, and how the platform fits into the museum’s broader communication strategy.

Location: Museum POLIN, Warsaw
Participants: A small advisory group of students and recent graduates
Focus: Consultation on the Museum POLIN’s communication strategy, with a particular focus on TikTok within the broader social media ecosystem
Language: Polish (participants must be comfortable participating in discussions in Polish)
Time commitment: One preparatory phase (light individual reflection) and one in-person meeting
Application deadline: 19 January 2026 at midnight

Availability: Participation in one in-person advisory meeting (with light preparatory work in advance)
We are looking for 6 diverse participants who:
- come from different educational, social, or professional backgrounds,feel comfortable expressing opinions and taking part in group discussions,
- are reflective and attentive to how people their age engage with culture and digital media,
- are curious, open-minded, and willing to share honest, constructive feedback,
- are interested in culture, history, media, education, or social issues,
- approach discussions responsibly and with respect for others.
No prior experience in cultural institutions or social media strategy is required.
