Program description:

Anna Surdacka, graduate of Finance and Banking. Although she started her career in the world of taxes and finance, Anna has been associated with Roche and the IT industry since 2013. One of her great achievements was the implementation of a solution for handling orders and settlements to over 20 countries, which required not only the ability to acquire great leadership skills, but also to be open to changing the country of residence. Over the years, Anna took care of increasing her leadership skills by regularly changing positions and business areas in the company. Currently, Anna leads an international team of 18 software engineers, and is also actively involved in building a strategy for technological capabilities most needed in the area of ​​drug discovery - a key for Roche. She is an engaged mentor who actively supports people's development. Over the years, she lived in Poland, UK and Switzerland. Privately happy wife and mom of 3.5-year-old Olo and dog mom of 4.5-year-old Watson, a Corgi Pembroke dog. Marta Buchlovska, leader of an international team of software engineers at Roche. An expert in the field of change and adaptation. Bravely manages change in her life: a psychologist by education, for 10 years in IT, she gained her diverse experience in industries related to IT, HR, marketing and even construction investments. She comes from a bilingual family, lived in 5 countries, and as a mother of three sons, she perfectly understands the challenges of balancing professional and private life. Marta is passionate about topics intersecting the world of courage for change and diversity and inclusion. Her latest ambitious project was Destination IT, an initiative created in cooperation with mamopracuj.pl, that aimed at preparing professionals from different areas to reskill to the IT path.
