Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ): From which countries can I apply to be a GFR Summit Ambassador? You can apply if you are currently based in any European country (UK too!). The GFR Summit is built to connect and empower young women across the entire continent, so we highly encourage international applications. Do I have to attend the Summit in person in September? No, you do not have to be there in person. The Ambassador program is a fully remote opportunity focused on building engagement and spreading awareness within your own local community and online networks. As an exclusive bonus, all Ambassadors will receive access to full recordings of the GFR Summit 2026 speeches and panels after the event. Is this a paid job application? No, this is a voluntary, non-remunerated position. The GFR Summit Ambassador role is a passion-driven community leadership opportunity. While there is no monetary compensation, the professional network, exclusive workshops, and personal branding benefits are designed to deeply accelerate your career. What are the age requirements to apply? We are looking for ambitious young individuals aged 14 to 25 who are passionate about leadership, sisterhood, and women's empowerment. What exactly will I be doing as a GFR Summit Ambassador? Your main mission is to help spark excitement and build a community around the conference! This includes: • Sharing materials about the GFR Summit at least 3 times a month on your social media, school networks, or local groups. • Aiming to invite a minimum of 15 young individuals from your network to register for the Summit. • Engaging with GFR marketing content and getting creative by capturing and sharing your personal journey as an ambassador. The program is designed to be highly flexible and fit around your school or university schedule, requiring only about 3 to 4 hours per month. What is the difference between an Ambassador and an on-site Volunteer? • Ambassadors engage remotely from June to September to build buzz around the GFR SUMMIT 2026, invite networks, and engage communities across Europe. • Volunteers work on-site, in-person in Łódź, Poland, during the days leading up to the Summit and on the event day itself (September 25th, 2026) – applications open in late June!
About the mentor:
We’re looking for GFR Summit Ambassadors to support the second edition of the GFR Summit, taking place on the 25th of September 2026 in Łódź, Poland.
