How can we ensure our customers feel inspired, supported, and celebrated at every step of their beauty journey?
Community & Brand Engagement
How can we build authentic connections between brands and communities?
Shape the Future: Provide fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to Douglas's leadership.
Boost your CV: If your passions lie in the intersection of marketing, beauty, and leadership, this is the place for you!
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Participants: 7 young women, joined by 3 Douglas influencers
Focus: Customer Experience in the beauty industry
Language: Polish (participants must be proficient)
